2: Employee Communications
Even though we are well into the age of technology and many companies have long since entrusted their competitive advantage to their servers and data bases, the old saying still applies; “Our company’s most valuable assets walk out of the building every day at 5:00”. And even though the phrase is time worn, not much has been done to change the status of employees. Employees tend to be the last to be considered when the corporation updates its vision statement, launches a new product or announces a pending acquisition. 3: Financial Communications
Producing an annual report or annual meeting is not for the feint of heart. Depending on the size and complexity of your business, the process can take three to six months, involving every department of the organization.
